| Corvette Racing and Jan Magnussen took GT2 P1 - Jan's 3rd consecutive pole position at Laguna, but the 1st in GT2 for both Corvette and JM.
Let's call the pole-winning lap [1:23.053] a Statement-Maker to the competition, the ACO, and any other rules-monitoring folk [that's you - Porsche and Ferrari] that think the way to beat Corvette is on-paper or in-meetings.
It all happens on-track. And there is where Corvette rules.
