| 2014 NAIAS: Z06 & C7.R Reveal | |

| Today we open a new chapter in Corvette history. The new 2015 Corvette Z06 and C7.R were both revealed at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
First, HOLY $%^&!
Now lets talk about the Z06:
-6.2L Supercharged V8 (LT4)
-625 horsepower, 635 ft lbs of torque
-Available with a 7-Speed Manual or 8-Speed Automatic
-industry’s first carbon-fiber torque tube, which provides structural support between the engine and transaxle
-Z07 option comes with carbon ceramic brakes, Michelin PS Cup tires, Adjustable wicker on rear spoiler, front splitter end caps
-Available with the all new Performance Data Recorder
The new Z06 broke the C6 ZR1's lap record at the Milford Proving Grounds test track it's FIRST time out during initial testing. This car is so awesome that GM North America President Mark Reuss called it "The Big Nasty".

Next, the Corvette C7.R
-5.5L Direct Injected V8
-40% stiffer chassis then the C6.R
-Uses the same aluminum frame as the Stingray and Z06
-Co-developed the aerodynamics of the C7.R along side the Z06
