| Weather and typical Day 1 'dialing in' prevents anyone drawing ANY indicators from these test times WITHOUT inside info. We await our 'Mars lander' call to see if there's news that can be shared....doubtful unless Nigel Stepney now works for Corvette [F1 / race fan humor].

FYI #1: Vitaphone, a perennial Maserati team, is running an Aston for the 1st time....the Spartak AM. As 2007 FIA-GT champions, they got a Le Mans invite, but the MC12 is not legal per ACO rules. Expect them to pick up the pace.
FYI #2: Best GT1 lap in 2007 was 3:48.969 turned by AM during the race!
