"Jake shares a place of honor beside our National Colors at the Bucca Inn, the dining hall located at Camp Bucca, Iraq. The facility serves approximately 10,000 Service members and civilian employees from numerous countries, three to five times daily.

Over time, the Soldiers, Sailors, and Airmen assigned to Task Force Bucca requested their home state and favorite professional or college athletic teams to send their flags to display proudly in the expansive dining hall. No surprise, military men and women are largely competitive, and flags have filled the facility very quickly.

The men and women from Kellogg, Brown and Root and their military co-workers were impressed by the decision to sign and leave personal notes to those serving their countries at Camp Bucca. For this, a decision was made to place recently donated flags bearing "Jake's" likeness next to the flag of the United States of America. Photos are misleading; the signatures and messages of thanks can easily be seen and read by standing underneath "Jake's" intimidating gaze.

A special note of appreciation from those serving at Camp Bucca, Iraq, to Pratt & Miller Engineering and Corvette Racing, along with Burston Marketing, the manufacturer of the line of Corvette and "Jake" inspired Corvette Racing merchandise. Your donation of these Corvette Racing flags are viewed by all who enter the dining facility as a reminder of your continued support.

God bless you all, and GOD SPEED the C6.R to Victory!"
