And I thought the 572 Camaro was bad-ass!! Chip Foose, eat your heart out! I agree with the folks at MA; I would pay more just to have an uber-beefed 69 Camaro over a ZR1. Can't wait to see it all finished! Might I recommend white stripes on black, or black stripes on maroon.

FYI... this particular first generation Camaro is not being built for SEMA. It's build is complete and has been for some time now. The car actually made it's debut appearance at this years (2009) "Detroit Autorama."
The car was built by one of GM's most respected engineers, Mark Steilow, that has a long and historian past with building first generation Camaro's into certifiable Z06 killers out of 40+ year old sheet metal. This '69 was built for a friend of his that has owned just about every one of the cars that Mark has built since the beginning of his meddling with the adaptation of late model technology into early model muscle.
