Now that's what I call eye-catching! Doug Fehan was right when he said they would continue with the velocity yellow paint job because the cameras, sponsors, etc loved it. Bad-boy GT2 racers! Take No Prisoners!

I love it !! Just wish the wheels were yellow or at least yellow edges. This hides the wheels completely...but I can deal with it.

Organize the number boards & ALMS decals... this distracts from the stricking livery. It also look NASCAR-ish (in this area of the car)

New Vette does have a Van Halen guitar look! COOL as the Corvette ROCKS! I was cheering for BMW's now I have a problem.

BTW, The M3 never seems to carry nation's flag. So much for the strict ALMS rules? Seems flexible

Curious to know what the chassis numbers are for these two car. Are the C6R-009, C6R-010 or is the GT2 contained somewhere in the chassis numbers?

For the record: Corvette Racing follows the rules. That has never been a priority for the Aston team...from leaking airboxes to funny bodywork. Just cuz you can get away with it doesn't make it right. We are a principled and prideful team representing America. We believe rules create order and will always abide by them. Enough said.

Godug - I agree 100%. Look what following the rules has yielded Corvette Racing for two cars over 10+ years. Aston's resume plus the rest of the GT-class cars doesn't even equal the C6Rs success. Who cares what everybody else does?
Here's to Taking No Prisoners and making all of us Corvette drivers proud! Congrats on the new cars, they are definitely worthy to carry on the legacy!

Gee Doug, never knew decals could rank with cheater Aston aero & trickery! American BMW's, a Ford GT, & Porsches in GT2 are cheaters because they ALL take a different approach with the ALMS contingency decals. You win!

Questions asked and answered:
Chassis numbers are C6GT 001 (No. 3) and C6GT 002 (No. 4). Engine in 2009 is 6.0-liter version of LS7.R, and in 2010 will be 5.5-liter V8 based on production LS3.

Wow it looks alright! And I like how it still looks alot like the GT1 C6.R. It's actually better than I had imagined... Yeah she's sure to Take no Prisoners at Le Mans... Now, all I need is the sound of it :)
