Hard fought, yes. Well deserved, yes. Ran over an air hose costing a second place finish, yes. Fuel pump failure after two laps, yes. Corvette racing, I love you, but you are not getting the job done.

For a "virgin" year, I think their doing well shaking out bugs...look how long they dominated in LeMans before it turned to poop. It'll come around, and when it does, watch out!

I also think they are doing pretty well for starting from scratch with this GT2 effort. All the pit problems and car prep problems could be steming from the fact they are focusing more on the fact of making the new car as fast as possible and not covering the bases first i.e. (pit stop perfectiong, and raceday prep perfection). Something they used to be known for. But it will get better! And it is a blast to see how competitive the field is. Can't wait to see them at Road America!
