| Also at Road America was the Corvette World Tribute, a post-ALMS race full day of display and track action for Corvette owners and vintage Corvette race cars.
This video captured the pre-grid roll-out.
Now, in the spirit of the last post and its 60+ comments, let's put you BBV fans back to commenting work. Here below are a few pics of some of the great vintage Vettes at the Tribute.
For each car, we ask for your comments - * Naming the identity of each Corvette.
AND for those of you really willing to prove your Corvette Racing passion - * Any details / back-stories / factoids you can share with the rest of us about any of these cars.
Include the pic number from the list below with each comment, please. So, we can keep the facts connected to the right car.
Here we go - 1] The cover shot Corvette. 2] The older #1 open-cockpit Corvette. 3] Red, White, and Blue. 4] Penske. 5] Why isn't it yellow? Bonus - Not at the Tribute, but still historically Corvette.
OK, BBV fans. Do your thing. And thanks, in advance, for being great knowledgeable fans. |
